Rental Policies & House Rules
Please review our policies before booking your event at CHACHA VENUE
1) What's Included
Tables & chairs included for up to 100 guests. Sound system and stage availability may vary by package (see Pricing page).
2) Guest Count & Restrooms
Over 100 guests: Client must rent additional portable restroom(s) as required for guest comfort and compliance. Client is responsible for providing sufficient restroom supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, etc.).
3) Cleaning & Trash
Client is responsible for basic cleanup after the event (remove decorations, food, and personal items; bag all trash). Excessive mess, stains, confetti/glitter cleanup, or trash overflow may result in an additional cleaning fee.
4) Parking Rules
Use designated parking areas only. No blocking driveways, fire lanes, or neighboring businesses. Towing may occur at the vehicle owner's expense.
5) Damage & Use of Property
Do not move or misuse venue furniture/equipment without permission. Client is responsible for any damage to the venue, including walls, floors, tables, chairs, restrooms, and equipment.
6) Noise & Music
After 10:00 PM, music volume must be reduced to a respectful level. No outdoor speakers unless approved in writing.
7) Decorations
No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives on walls/ceilings. Use painter's tape or approved removable hooks only. Open flames, fireworks, fog machines, and hazardous materials are not allowed unless approved.
8) Time, Overtime & Access
Rental time includes setup and breakdown unless otherwise stated. Overtime is billed in increments (e.g., 30 or 60 minutes) at the current hourly rate.
9) Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required. Deposit deductions may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, overtime, or policy violations.
10) Prohibited Activities
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the venue.
11) Liability
Client assumes responsibility for guests' behavior and safety. CHACHA VENUE is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
12) Booking, Cancellation & Reschedule
A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm the booking. Cancellation and reschedule terms will follow the rental agreement provided at booking.
